SUBMIT A TESTIMONIAL

Imperial DAX has set up a "Testimonial Page" to allow customers to describe their experiences using the Imperial DAX products. If you agree to participate in the Imperial DAX Testimonial Page, Imperial DAX will consider posting your statements on its website.

* Please read the terms and conditions below before submitting your testimonial. Your clicking on the "submit" link will indicate your agreement to and acceptance of such terms and conditions.

By submitting a Testimonial to the Imperial DAX Testimonial Page, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Please limit any photo submissions to three(3) per testimonial. Images must be in jpg format in order to be considered for inclusion.
• Please send your words and photos to testimonials@imperialdax.com.
• Your submission of a Testimonial does not create any obligation on the part of Imperial DAX to post the testimonial on its Testimonial Page.
• By submitting your testimonial to Imperial DAX, you hereby irrevocably assign, transfer and convey all right and title and ownership to the testimonial, including any and all intellectual property rights arising from such testimonial, to Imperial DAX. You also expressly waive any claim of loss or damage of any kind resulting from an inaccurate posting of your testimonial or from the failure to post your testimonial.
• If Imperial DAX decides to post your testimonial, you hereby irrevocably waive any claim whatsoever for any compensation of any kind in connection with such posting.
• You hereby expressly permit Imperial DAX to use your name as it appears in your submitted testimonial in connection with the posting of your testimonial or otherwise in connection with the advertisement and promotion of Imperial DAX products.
• The consideration from Imperial DAX for your agreement to these terms and conditions in the undertaking by Imperial DAX to consider your testimonial for possible posting on its website.
• You have fully read and understand all of these terms and conditions for participation in the Imperial DAX Testimonial Page program and you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
• This agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey. This agreement states the entire agreement between you and Imperial DAX concerning the subject matter of the agreement and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements and understandings, either written and oral. This agreement may not be amended except by a writing signed by you(or your authorized representative) and an authorized representative of Imperial DAX.
